Application for Readmission
You must apply for readmission to CBS if:
a) You have not attended CBS for three consecutive semesters (Fall, Spring, Summer) or;
b) If you have been academically suspended
You are required to submit the “Application for Readmission” to the Office of Admissions.
Petition for Readmission from Suspension Procedure:
A student who has been academically suspended is required to file the petition for readmission prior to the beginning of the semester in which the student wishes to enroll.
A completed readmission file must contain the following:
• An application for readmission
• The written statement
• A copy of the student’s photo identification (passport, military ID, driver’s license)
• Transcripts from all high schools and all colleges/universities that have been attended during the separation from CBS

An official acceptance or denial letter will be mailed to the student upon completion of the Readmission process. The decision made on the student’s appeal is final.
